Qualifications:Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in human services field, Master's preferred. Three or more years of experience in social services preferred. Compassionate approach to working with participants and the ability to guide and support, redirect, celebrate, and remain persistently supportive. Excellent communication skills including using technology for outreach. Motivated, committed, energetic candidates wanted to join an innovative, hard-working team.
