Required Skills
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, mop, sweep, change garbage, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

In This Role, You’ll
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and incoming calls
- Support daily administrative operations for multiple departments
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, office organization, and communication
- Assist with reports, projects, and operational initiatives
- Help maintain organized records, supplies, and office systems
- Partner with teams across the organization to help keep operations moving smoothly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
Requirements
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Digital literacy
