Talent Strategy Partnership
Partner with Corporate Hiring Managers and HR Leaders to understand workforce needs, role priorities, and team dynamics to drive targeted recruitment strategies
Full Cycle Recruitment
Lead the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending, and hiring top talent across multiple corporate functions
Pipeline Development
Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and engagement initiatives
Market Intelligence
Deliver insights on labor trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring data to influence business decisions and strengthen talent readiness
Culture Alignment
Deeply understand Family Dollar’s culture and business priorities to ensure recruiting strategies align with organizational values and long-term objectives
Trusted Advisory
Serve as a consultative partner to business leaders by leveraging data, trends, and talent insights to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment with a strong record of hiring across diverse roles and levels
- High Volume Agility- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment where urgency and quality must coexist
- Sourcing Expertise- Skilled in building pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques
- Communication Excellence- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Organizational Strength -Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal Intuition -Natural ability to build trust, credibility, and rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- ATS Proficiency- Experience using applicant tracking systems with Workday preferred
- Experience using CRM tools, such as Phenom
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Additional education or HR related certifications are a plus
