The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle corporate recruiting across HGMC's New York, Norfolk, and Dallas offices, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to fill professional and mid-to-senior level positions. Working alongside the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, this role manages a focused requisition load with a strong emphasis on candidate quality, stakeholder communication, and a polished hiring experience. In addition to recruiting, the Specialist supports a range of corporate HR operations activities including onboarding, reporting, and program coordination.

In addition to recruiting, the Specialist supports a range of corporate HR operations activities including onboarding, reporting, and program coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional and mid-to-senior level corporate roles, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Screen and evaluate candidates through resume review, phone screens, and structured assessments aligned to role requirements
- Coordinate interview logistics across multiple stakeholders, including executive-level interviewers, and prepare hiring teams for effective candidate evaluation
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of recruitment activity, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, setting clear expectations on timing, market realities, and candidate slates
- Develop and refine sourcing strategies tailored to each search, including market mapping for harder-to-fill roles
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen HGMC's presence in the NY, Norfolk, and Dallas markets
- Create and update job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers to reflect current scope and requirements
- Provide thoughtful candidate recommendations that support diverse and well-rounded teams
- Input new hire information into HR Information System
- Facilitate corporate onboarding activities, including I-9 processing and new hire notifications
- Partner on New Hire Orientation delivery and continuous improvement
- Support acquisition-related hiring and onboarding when corporate-level transitions occur
- Generate and manage termination reports, including corporate terminations
- Maintain and update corporate organizational charts
- Support compliance-related notifications and documentation
- Coordinate the corporate Internship Program, including sourcing, selection, and intern experience
- Represent HGMC at hiring events and on-campus activities to build long-term talent pipelines
What You'll Bring
- Four to six years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least two years in corporate or professional recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing searches with significant business visibility
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Strong sourcing skills across passive and active candidate channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent HGMC credibly to senior candidates
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple offices and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements and recruitment best practices
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential candidate and employee information
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HCM-integrated ATS platforms
- Experience supporting HR operations functions such as onboarding, reporting, or org chart maintenance
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools and techniques
- Real estate, property management, or financial services industry experience

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
