Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Front Office Lead / Treatment Coordinator to join our Franklin office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and patient interaction, someone who can help lead front office flow while also guiding patients through treatment and financial discussions with confidence and compassion.
We are a privately owned practice that values teamwork, communication, and creating a calm, supportive environment for both our patients and team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily front office operations
- Coordinate patient scheduling and overall front office flow
- Review treatment plans and discuss treatment recommendations with patients
- Explain insurance estimates and financing options
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed moving forward with treatment
- Support team communication and office efficiency
- Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and compassionately
- Assist with training and supporting front office team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication within patient charts
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Leadership or team management experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Open Dental experience a plus
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
