Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and bubbly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Consistent attendance, punctuality, a warm and bubbly attitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, bubbly and courteous manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Manage the company’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Bring patients back and to the correct provider/modality
  • Provide general support to visitors, patients, and staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and office
  • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and managing calendars
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and transfer calls efficiently
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of ChiroTouch Cloud is a bonus
