Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) programs through data analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic insight generation. This position collaborates with stakeholders across departments to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that drive data-informed decision-making and enhance clinical and operational outcomes.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support CCBHC analytics initiatives by tracking, analyzing, and reporting department requests.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and SSRS to support internal decision-making.
- Collaborate with program leadership and staff to identify data needs, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze progress toward program goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk stratification models, predictive analytics, and level-of-care tools using available data sources.
- Work closely with the IT and Business Intelligence developers and analysts to ensure data accuracy completeness, and readiness for analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using large, complex datasets; provide insights to support both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
- Present analytical findings and performance trends to stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations and reports.
- Partner with staff to improve data collection processes and enhance the quality and consistency of data entered into tracking systems.
- Collaborate with CCBHC leadership to review clinical pathways and apply data insights to improve outcomes at both individual and population levels.
- Participate in analytics planning, prioritization of reporting requests, and the development of timelines for deliverables.
- Assist with ad hoc data requests, trend analysis, and performance monitoring to inform continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in data quality role, working on data issues concerning health data with community partners and strong data analysis background.

- Demonstrated technical monitoring and evaluation skills, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Must be able to perform research and resolve application issues and have the ability to analyze business needs in order to prepare standard reports and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, automation tools and knowledge of query writing languages.
- Ability to present effective written and verbal communications.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new businesses and complex processes.
- Work from objectives with minimal guidance.
- Work across multiple business units during the implementation of integrated projects.
- Ability to develop successful, long-term relationships with business units.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record to use agency and/or personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
