The Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) to join our new Greenwich community health center. This role offers the chance to work directly within a medical clinic setting, providing behavioral health services alongside primary care providers. It’s a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on community wellness by addressing both physical and mental health needs in one setting.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups.
- Use Social Determinants of Health to identify client needs and connect them with community resources.
- Collaborate daily with medical staff to ensure truly integrated patient care.
- Offer consultation, workshops, and trainings on behavioral health for clinic staff.
- Play a key role in shaping how behavioral health integrates into a growing community health center.

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or LMFT (or eligible in CT).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience providing therapy across diverse populations and age ranges.
- Skilled in evidence-based models of care and electronic health records.
- Commitment to ethical, compliant practice in line with HIPAA and accreditation standards.
