Family and Friends Healthcare Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in supervising employees to fill a part-time position in the office.
This is not a remote position.
The position requires about 16 to 21 hours of work per week, and the schedule is flexible. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Home Health. Experience with pediatrics and IV administration is a plus.
Qualifications
Possess a current MD or Compact State RN License
Possess a state of MD Driver’s License
Able to obtain a clean background check
Possess a current CPR certification
Experience working with children is a plus
Job Description
- Supervise and review the work of other RNs and subordinate staff such as licensed practical nurses, home health aides, medication technicians, and certified nursing assistants.
- Provide direct skilled nursing care such as wound care, enteral and parenteral nutrition feeding, Tracheostomy/ Ventilator care, IV infusion administration, skill assessments, etc., to participants.
- Develop and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve the goals of participants.
- Develop and implement discharge plans.
- Collaborate with participants’ physicians and case managers to develop a plan of care (POC) for clients.
- Administer monthly and quarterly in-service/ skill refresher trainings to staff
- Help with new caregiver orientations and hiring.
- Perform monthly client/participant visits.
- Perform other duties within this class of work that may not be listed in this job description.
Tour of Duty
Flexible Schedule. Availability any time on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00PM is acceptable.

Compensation Range
RN Manager: $40.00 per hour
