We are a patient-centered Allergy & Asthma practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care for individuals of all ages. Key Responsibilities
- Administer allergy skin testing, pulmonary function tests, and immunotherapy injections
- Assist with patient assessments, triage, and care planning
- Provide education on allergy, asthma, and medication management
- Monitor patients during and after procedures
- Document accurately in the EMR and support smooth clinic flow
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
- Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in allergy, asthma, immunology, or primary care is a plus (but not required — we will train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and patient‑education skills
- Comfort with injections and clinical procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
- Compassionate, team‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Pediatric experience preferred
