Responsibilities
- Prospect and build a pipeline through referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Sell insurance products aligned to client needs and goals.
- Support existing clients through reviews and service conversations.
- Learn agency operations, standards, and performance expectations.
- Participate in coaching focused on both sales and leadership growth.
- Build strong habits around follow-up, activity, and client communication.
- Willingness to become licensed as required.
- Proven communication and relationship-building ability.
