Responsibilities
- Shadow leaders in sales, service, and agency management.
- Sell and support Auto, Home, Life, Commercial product delivery.
- Attend structured district training.
- Build local client relationships.
- Willingness to obtain licenses (sponsorship available).
- Sales/leadership experience preferred.
- Coachable and growth-driven.
- Base pay commissions.
- University of Farmers training.
- Mentorship for agency-running skills.
- Hybrid flexibility.
Salary : $2,000 - $25,000
