Duties

- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability.

- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless event execution with exceptional quality.

Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management.

- Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department requirements.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and food service management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shift schedules effectively.
