Rare opportunity to be one of the first reps launching a new surgical product line within an established Orthopedic implant company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Selling Surgical implants in the OR, focused on orthopedic surgeons
- This includes driving gross sales, meeting quota goals, managing territory-level inventory, controlling expenses, and supporting the overall company mission.
- collaborate with the sales team to build customer relationships, forecast sales activity, and provide expert in-service training and product support on the full portfolio.
- This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to manage both educational and technical interactions with healthcare professionals.
- covering a large geography, so a willingness to travel is critical
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
- Year 1 comp package inc. $100K base salary with commissions on top; conservative estimate: $150 K total comp, uncapped.

BACKGROUND MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree required
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years of surgical sales expereince
- Must be COVID vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated
- Lives in the greater Denver area
- Must be able to pass a drug test
