What You’ll Do
- Lead enrollment strategy to achieve occupancy targets of 85–90% across all school locations.
- Manage the full enrollment funnel: lead generation → tours → applications → enrollments.
- Implement best practices for tours, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Standardize enrollment workflows across multiple sites.
- Mentor and coach school directors on consultative selling, relationship-building, and objection handling.
- Conduct live tours and role-playing sessions to strengthen enrollment skills.
- Track and analyze key metrics — including tours, applications, enrollments, and conversion rates — to guide decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to optimize messaging and enrollment performance.
- Travel regularly to 4–5 school locations to support site-level performance.
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of experience in sales, enrollment, admissions, or consultative selling.
- Proven success in improving conversion rates and sales processes.
- Experience coaching or training teams.
- CRM proficiency and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Multi-site or cross-team management experience preferred.
