What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish.
- Help customers select furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings that fit their lifestyle, budget, and design goals.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, including customization options and design solutions.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through outstanding service, product knowledge, and creative problem-solving.
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, designers, delivery staff, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
