We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Sales and Design Consultant to join our retail team! In this role, you’ll help our customers find the perfect pieces to make their house feel like home, while building genuine connections that last.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming experience where every customer feels cared for, appreciated, and excited about their purchase.
- Build a strong knowledge of our furniture and services so you can confidently guide customers and highlight the features that make each piece special
- Use basic retail math skills to provide clear, accurate pricing while keeping the checkout process simple and stress-free.
- Build lasting relationships by listening to customers’ needs and guiding them toward the perfect solutions—while working to achieve sales goals.
- Keep our showroom looking its best, reflecting the care and pride we put into our family business.
- Create lasting relationships that turn first-time shoppers into lifelong customers.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture where everyone works together to deliver great results and a friendly shopping experience.

Skills & Qualities We Value

- Comfortable working in a commission, performance based environment.

- A background in sales with a history of meeting—and celebrating—sales goals. Specific furniture sales experience is not required. We are happy to work with and train the right person!
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to connect easily and build trust with customers.
- Comfort with basic math and retail transactions to ensure accuracy at the register.
- The ability to share product knowledge in a clear and helpful way, including demonstrating features and benefits.
- A thoughtful and creative approach to suggesting additional pieces that enhance a customer’s home.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support customers’ needs and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
