Fast-paced Final Mile business is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound freight management: receiving, scanning, labeling, and data entry
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with order processing, scheduling, and documentation
- Support tracking and resolution of discrepancies or exceptions
Requirements:
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel, WMS familiarity a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility as needed)
Location: Windsor, CT
