Fallon Insurance Agency is looking for a Customer Experience Manager — the heartbeat of our client relationships and the person who makes sure every family we protect feels taken care of long after the sale.

This is a service and retention role with a sales component, built on a simple belief: take care of people, and everything else takes care of itself. We supply the systems, the training, and the coaching. You bring the heart for service and the discipline to do it right every time.

What you'll do:
Own the new-client onboarding experience from sold to settled. Handle service calls, endorsements, and policy questions with warmth and accuracy most of our client care happens by phone. Welcome every walk-in like a guest in your home. Run renewal reviews that keep households complete and protected. Round out coverage for existing clients and get paid on every policy you write. Keep our CRM clean, our follow-ups on time, and our clients writing five-star reviews.

What you'll earn:
A strong hourly base that reflects the experience this role requires. Per-policy pay on every policy you write walk-ins and cross-sells earn just like a producer. What we're looking for:
Wisconsin Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one — we'll help you get there). Customer service experience; insurance agency experience a plus. Detail-obsessed, organized, and disciplined. Warm on the phone and in person. Positive, coachable, and committed to getting better every day.
