Schedule:
Wednesday, 9:00 am - Friday, 3:30 pm
This is a sleep-in position, 54 hours per week.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License
Proof of vehicle insurance
Pass all necessary background checks
Job Profile
This position allows you to provide meaningful care for youth in a residential setting while being part of an agency that values their employees. The successful candidate will:
Engage with youth in activities and daily living skills
Provide primary support and supervision to youth
Organize, facilitate and participate in recreational activities with youth
Assist youth with daily living skills
Complete daily service notes
Attend mandatory trainings
Utilize and implement behavior support techniques
Model healthy boundaries and social skills within the program milieu
Assist in community integration
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for youth
The Fall River Deaconess Home is a private, non-profit, community-based agency serving youth and their families with a comprehensive continuum of residential, educational, clinical, medical, and supportive services. Our agency provides services in a trauma-informed environment designed to create a therapeutic environment to enrich the lives of youth from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
