As a Client Support Associate, you'll work directly with customers to answer questions, provide product and service information, and help ensure they have a great experience with our Kinetic client. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Client Support Associate Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions regarding Kinetic products and services
• Provide friendly, professional support throughout the customer experience
• Help customers understand available products, services, and account options
• Resolve customer concerns and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
• Build positive relationships through excellent communication and service
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly goals

Client Support Associate Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Reliable transportation
