We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to support customer relationships and ensure every Kinetic Fiber customer receives an exceptional experience. In this role, you'll learn how to manage customer accounts, answer questions, coordinate service updates, and provide personalized support throughout the customer journey.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, assist with account maintenance, and educate them on available Kinetic products and services that may improve their experience. Through our training program, you'll develop skills in account management, customer communication, and relationship building while helping customers make informed decisions about their services.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized account support.
- Meet with customers to review their current internet services and educate them on available Kinetic account options.
- Assist customers with account setup, service changes, plan updates, and installation scheduling.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure information is accurate and follow up on outstanding requests or service needs.
- Resolve customer questions and coordinate with internal team members to deliver timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account activity, and service documentation.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when they align with a customer's needs.
- Support daily team goals through excellent customer service, account management, and professional communication.
