- Support paraprofessionals in behavioral strategies
- Strengthen understanding of classroom expectations and how to support student needs
- Promote consistency in practices across schools within the district
- Provide professional and emotional support
- Improve collaboration among staff within the district while understanding each building has unique nuance
- New Staff Day (Afternoon within buildings) - 4 hours
- Mentor / Mentee Meetings - 3 hours (September)

- Be in good standing with the building principal
