The Position
- Clean homes either solo or with a teammate
- Perform Move Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services
- Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
- Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
- Take before and after photos to showcase your work
- Make the client happy and proud of their clean home

Who You Are
- Cleaning experience is a must
- Must be willing to drive to job locations
- Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus
- Hard-working, motivated, hungry to improve your life
- Strong communication skills are a MUST
- Good people skills — cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing
- Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work

Compensation
We pay per job, not hourly — because every home is different.
Our cleaners consistently earn $30 to $40 per hour
(we have not had anyone earn less).
- Tips are common (cash or Venmo)
