- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical tasks to support daily operations.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members while ensuring efficient time management.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering materials as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
