Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Market Access business processes.
• Process Support: Experience supporting Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net processes.
• Workflow Familiarity: Working knowledge of Market Access business stakeholders and operational workflows.
• Core Experience: 8 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Project Leadership: Experience leading complex enterprise application projects.
• Project Governance: Strong project planning, execution, and governance capabilities and experience managing cross-functional global teams.
• Project Constraints: Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Release Cycles: Experience managing SaaS platform releases and upgrade cycles.
• Transformation: Experience delivering enterprise application enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Tools & Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery.
• Collaboration Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Data & Analytics projects using Power BI, Snowflake, or Azure.
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud or Patient Services solutions.
• Understanding of Omnichannel and CRM platforms.
• Experience in digital transformation programs.

Role Summary

Client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within the Market Access technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SaaS applications, platform upgrade cycles, release management, and business-critical application implementations, with prior exposure to Model N being highly preferred.

Job Description of Role (What You'll Do)

• End-to-End Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of Market Access technology programs and projects.
• Project Artifacts: Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Roadmaps: Establish milestones, dependencies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Constraints Management: Manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Business Alignment: Partner with Market Access business teams to understand priorities and business objectives.
• Translation: Translate business goals into technology delivery plans.
• Workshops: Facilitate requirements gathering, solution discussions, and prioritization workshops.
• Coordination: Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendors, and external implementation partners.
• SDLC Management: Manage project execution across the SDLC lifecycle.
• Quality & Governance: Ensure adherence to organizational governance and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
