- 2-3 years of Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Services, and Power Platform.
- 7 years of Strong expertise in Azure architecture, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Identity Management.
- 2-3 years of experience designing AI-powered enterprise solutions using LLMs, prompt orchestration, and conversational AI.
- 7 years of expereince in Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Microsoft ecosystems.
- 2-3 years of experience in integrating Copilot solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog tracking
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams and integration scenarios
- Experience with APIs (REST/Graph API) and system integrations
- Exposure to data platforms like Azure SQL Database or Dataverse

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Copilot Architect to design, architect, and implement Microsoft Copilot solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, AI integrations, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to align Copilot capabilities to business goals and drive AI adoption securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design Microsoft Copilot solutions for enterprise productivity, automation, and collaboration use cases.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Copilot can improve workflows and business processes.
- Lead the implementation of Copilot extensions, plugins, connectors, and custom AI copilots.
- Ensure architecture complies with security, compliance, governance, and data privacy requirements.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
- Establish governance models, best practices, and reusable architecture patterns for Copilot adoption.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide solution implementation.
- Evaluate emerging AI and Copilot capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support change management, adoption planning, and enterprise rollout initiatives.
