Job Description:

  1. App Dev or Digital web Development & Exp. Program Management.
  2. Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
  3. Advanced skills in Web Experience Development, Sitecore, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools

Educational Qualification*

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Primary (Must have skills)* - To be Screened by TA Team

7 Years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for App Dev or Digitial project Experience and Development programs

6 years of experience in creating project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management

5 years of experience in Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools

Program Manager


Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of Web Development Experience programs. This Program Manager will be expected to bring success to every initiative and program her or his team tackles. By coordinating broader business strategy, initiating, planning, executing and monitoring – they are vital in the support of their team as they achieve their overarching objectives.


Manages delivery of the program scope, objectives, and success metrics

Oversees timeline, quality, and operations

Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline

Demand Management: Manage the E2E Demand intake process for website migration, development and subsequent maintenance

Stakeholder management: Monitor internal delivery and manage external stakeholders/agencies

Finance Management: Budgeting, forecasting and managing the overall portfolio finances incoming and outgoing, PO creation etc

Resource and Capacity Planning based on the roadmap for the different functional areas/groups

Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks

Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies

Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward

Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary

Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans

Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution


1. Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Waterfall or Agile

2. At least 7 Years of as a Project/program Manager

3. Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management.

4. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

5. Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments.

6. Advanced skills in Web Experience Development, Sitecore, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools

Ideate Phase: Project Investment Briefs

Initiate Phase: Strategy and Approach Decks, Business Value Case, Cost Tracker, Risk Profile and Assessment, Resource Sourcing Strategy, Program Collaboration Tools Strategy, Concept Acceptance Decks

Planning Phase: Program Charter, Jira Initiatives, Epics, and Stories, Project Plan (detailed and high-level), Cost and Benefits Tracker, Resource Plan, Hiring Status Dashboard, Resource Allocation Master and Status Dashboard, Project Plan Commit Deck

Execution Phase: Status Reports, Success Metrics Log Entries, RAID log Entries, Change log Entries, Escalation Procedure, Team Building Exercises, Team Recognition, Transition to Support Deck

Close Phase: Warranty Period Agreement, Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization, and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned
