We are looking for an experienced, motivated door-to-door canvasser to join our growing roofing team in the Oklahoma City metro area.
If you already know how to knock doors, talk to homeowners, overcome objections, and set quality appointments, we want to talk to you!
This is a base-pay performance-based position. You will receive a base pay while also earning additional compensation for every qualified roofing lead you set. The more quality leads you produce, the more you earn.
Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $500–$800 per day.
Your Role
- Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods
- Knock doors and speak directly with homeowners
- Identify homeowners who may have roofing needs or storm damage
- Generate and set qualified roofing appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport with homeowners and confidently explain our inspection process
- Overcome common objections and create interest
- Follow assigned territories and canvassing strategies
- Represent our company professionally in the community
- Work independently while being supported by our sales team
What We're Looking For
- Previous door-to-door canvassing experience
- Roofing or storm restoration experience is a major plus
- Experience in solar, pest control, home improvement, windows, security, or other D2D sales is also valuable
- Confident approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to earn
- Comfortable handling rejection and continuing to knock
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Able to consistently work assigned neighborhoods
Compensation & Opportunity
- Base pay additional pay for qualified leads set
- $500–$800 daily earning potential for strong producers
- Your earning potential increases with your production
- No cap on what a high-performing canvasser can earn
