Canvasser

Canvasser – Hail Damage Flyer Team

$500/week base pay $200 commission per closed customer

We’re looking for motivated, dependable people to join our local canvassing team.

This is a simple, active job: you’ll spend your day driving through assigned areas, identifying vehicles with visible hail damage, and placing our informational flyers on qualified vehicles.

No selling at the door. No cold calling. Your job is to find hail-damaged vehicles and get our information in front of the owners. Our sales team handles the customers when they contact us.

What You Can Earn

You’ll receive:

• $500 guaranteed weekly base pay
• $200 for every customer you generate that closes
• 40 hours per week
• No cap on commissions

The more qualified vehicles you find and the more flyers you put out, the more opportunities you create to earn.

For example:

3 closed customers in a week:
$500 base $600 commission = $1,100/week

5 closed customers in a week:
$500 base $1,000 commission = $1,500/week

These are examples, not guaranteed earnings. Your commission depends on the number of customers you generate who ultimately close.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day is straightforward:

• Drive through assigned neighborhoods, parking lots, and local areas
• Identify vehicles with qualifying hail damage
• Place informational flyers on those vehicles
• Track your activity so customers can be credited back to you
• Work consistently throughout your assigned 40-hour schedule
• Learn how to quickly identify the types of vehicles we’re looking for

We’ll show you what qualifying hail damage looks like and give you the information you need to get started.

Who We're Looking For

This position is a good fit for someone who:

• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Likes being out and moving around instead of sitting behind a desk
• Wants the opportunity to make more money based on performance
• Can stay productive without someone constantly looking over their shoulder
• Is dependable and willing to work a full 40-hour week
• Is comfortable spending much of the workday driving and scouting vehicles

Why This Job Is Different

There is real upside here.

You already have a $500 weekly base, but your income doesn’t have to stop there. Every additional customer you generate gives you another opportunity to earn $200.

The people who stay active, cover more ground, and consistently find qualified vehicles will have the opportunity to make significantly more than the base pay.

If you’re looking for a straightforward job where your effort can directly increase your paycheck, we’d like to talk to you.
