Job Title: Psychotherapist (LCSW / LPC-MHSP)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services for residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings
- Address conditions such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, dementia, and other life transitions
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team (medical, psychiatric, nursing) to coordinate care and promote holistic wellbeing
- Produce timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in facility support, team meetings, and case reviews as needed
Schedule & Flexibility
- Start part-time, with the option to transition to full-time employment
- Highly flexible schedule — no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call required
- Ability to tailor your caseload and hours to balance professional and personal life
Compensation & Benefits
For Full-Time Staff:
- Base annual compensation $70,000 – $80,000 (dependent on caseload and experience)

Qualifications & Experience
