We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Home Health Marketer to support referral growth and patient admissions throughout Palm Beach County. This is a field-based business development role focused on building strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and expanding the organization's presence within the local healthcare community.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the South Florida healthcare market and has a proven ability to generate consistent home health referrals through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship management.

About the Organization
This organization provides skilled home health and private duty services to patients throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding communities. Through a collaborative, patient-centered approach, the team helps patients safely transition from hospitals, rehab facilities, and physician care into the home setting.

The organization partners closely with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care focused on improving outcomes, reducing hospitalizations, and supporting patient independence.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, case managers, and community referral sources
• Generate home health admissions (SOCs) through consistent outreach and territory development
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase referral volume and market share
• Conduct daily field visits, cold calls, lunches, and networking activities within assigned territory
• Coordinate with discharge planners and internal clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions to home care
• Represent the organization at community events, healthcare offices, and industry networking opportunities
• Educate referral partners on available services, clinical programs, and patient eligibility
• Track referral activity, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate closely with intake, operations, and clinical leadership teams
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal home health regulations

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of home health marketing or healthcare business development experience required
• Proven track record generating home health referrals and admissions
• Existing relationships within the Palm Beach County healthcare market strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Medicare, skilled home health, and post-acute care processes
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
