Responsibilities:
- Assist Supervisors in warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Complies with the enforcement of warehouse processing through the weekend shift.
- Oversees warehouse production for Pick and Pack production.
- Completes warehouse weekend production requirements through positive influence on work results.
- Maintains warehouse job results by coaching, counseling, and managing employees throughout the shift.
- 2 years Warehouse Supervision experience, including overseeing pick/pack operations in a 3PL environment. Proven ability to develop and motivate employees to perform at their best. Daily warehouse supervision with a focus on safety management, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Strong track record in supervising warehouse processes to optimize performance, efficiency, and productivity.
