What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Post Harvest Technician position at Falcanna?
OMMA CREDENTIALS REQUIRED BEFORE HIRE!!!
Job Duties & Expectations:
- Help with harvesting plants for cure
- Will help with bucking cured plants to prepare for trim
- Must be able to trim AT A MINIMUM 1.5lbs of bud per day
- Work with Post-Harvest manager to complete pre-roll batches and shake/trim batches
- Help with packaging pre-packaged bud
- Create and package pre-rolls
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must also work well by themselves
- Must be attentive to their work
- Proficient in using hand tools to trim and create pre-rolls
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Ability to take direction
- Willing to assist with any and all other tasks requested by management
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE NOT NEEDED BUT APPRECIATED
