Position Description: The Maintenance Basic Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Crew Leader and needed for mowing, edging, de-weeding, and blowing commercial and residential properties.

• Reports to Crew Leader/Supervisor.
• Skillset and educational requirements: The Lawn Care Technician must possess the following skill set:
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
• Physically able to handle the workload of a Lawn Care Technician.
• Have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body.
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
• Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously daily.
• Has a minimum of One year of experience in the lawn care field.
• Can operate company equipment: string trimmers, backpack blowers, weed eaters, mowers, etc.
• Can perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment.
• Meets or exceeds company productivity standards for Lawn Care work.
