Responsibilities
Responsibilities that will be assigned to the candidate that is chosen for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform client service duties at the receptionist desk including:
- Greeting clients
- Answering telephones
- Demonstrate excellent client service skills through positive interactions and effective communications with staff and clients
- Monitoring general office email account and forwarding to the appropriate person (as required)
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Receiving, scanning, and filing client information as appropriate
- Scheduling client appointments and maintaining appointment book
- Assemble client tax return packages once the tax returns have been prepared
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in tasks.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Ensuring client information is handled privately and in a protective manner
- Use working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients to enhance overall team productivity.
- Utilize working knowledge of QuickBooks & Drake (preferred but not required)
