MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: A High School Diploma or GED
Education: Enrolled in an accredited institution in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred)
Travel: Yes
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, collateral, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team to develop and execute creative concepts.
- Support the production of visual content for our website and other digital platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image optimization.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A solid understanding of basic design principles: layout, typography, color theory and current design trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
