CLEANING TECHNICIAN POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Starting Pay Cleaning Technician: $15.00/hr

Faith Janitorial Corporation may be the company for you! We are looking for a supervisor with prior professional cleaning experience, and those who aim to offer exceptional work quality.

We start each new employee part-time at $18.00/hour and give a raise after 90 days of employment. Performance evaluations are conducted annually thereafter. Your hourly pay & additional hours can/will increase according to your performance, and we do NOT place a maximum hourly pay cap. There is an initial 90-day trial/probation period, which includes a zero tolerance policy for tardiness or missed days of work, for any reason (other than severe medical).

Must pass:

• Drug and alcohol test
• Background check

Must have/be:

• Your own, reliable, insured transportation
• A valid Driver's License
• A good driving record
• Previous supervisor or leadership experience of at least 2 years, OR
• A minimum of 5 or more years of professional cleaning
• A smartphone throughout your employment
• Punctual
• Keep yourself well-groomed
• Courteous while working around co-workers & our customers
• Must be flexible to work both day or night shifts, weekends and/or on-call

SUPERVISOR/LEAD(all cleaning technician items, plus)

• Are you an individual who enjoys leading others?
• Do you have prior supervisor, management, or lead-person experience?
• Are you able to calmly resolve service concerns addressed by customers?
• Do you know how to manage several staff members?
• Would you enjoy having a position that has multiple job duties including both office and field work requirements?
• Are you able to meet deadlines?
• Do you enjoy working with and/or training others?
• Are you able to keep & maintain accurate records and multitask?

Supervisors train, monitor, and lead cleaning technicians, who are responsible for various cleaning responsibilities: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, floor care, carpet care, window cleaning, or other professional cleaning duties.
