Job Title: SMID Tactical Christian Values Equity Portfolio Manager

Compensation Range: Commensurate with experience
Firm Overview Faith Investor Services, LLC has two divisions; Institutional (ETFs & SMAs) and
Wealth Management. We offer a family of Christian faith-based ETFs with some
managed in-house and others by sub-advisors. In Wealth Management, we serve
private clients across many states. The firm was founded in Dallas, TX in 2021 and

Position Summary The primary focus of this role is to lead the Biblically responsible SMID equity
strategy for the firm. This includes management of a tactical active ETF managed
with Christian ethical screens. The portfolio is mostly comprised of small and mid-
cap US equities with some SMID international equity investments across both
developed and emerging markets. So, the strategy is global with a U.S.
bias. Benchmark: Russell 3000. Portfolio turnover is, on average, expected to range
between 30%-70%. Portfolio managers who are comfortable at significantly higher
or lower turnover levels will not be appropriate for this role. The role also involves
engagement with corporations, supporting the wealth management investment
team, trading and marketing. Travel is required and the person in this position is a
member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Key Accountabilities Deliverables include:
· Investment performance.
· Work with your co-portfolio manager and trading sub-advisor on the ETF including compliance
documentation.
· Marketing - thought leadership through speaking, writing, attending conferences and interfacing with
internal and external financial advisors.
· Actively contribute to the firm’s Investment Committee.
· Provide occasional support in our relationship manager’s private client engagements including in-
person and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
· Strong analytical and communication skills, overlayed with wisdom.
· Experience managing fundamental and tactical equity portfolios and trading.
· One or more of the following: MBA, CFA, and CMT are not required, but will be a significant advantage
for the successful candidate.
· Proficient in Factset, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Organized with a high attention to detail.
· Works well both independently and collegially.
· Exemplifies the highest professional standards and integrity.
· Exhibits a fiduciary mentality, always acting in the client’s interest and maintaining confidentiality.
· A joyful person.
Education & Experience We seek individuals with:
· A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· A minimum of three years’ full-time experience in a similar role or career path. Five to twenty plus
years of experience preferred.
· CFA or Series 65 or 66 license.
· CMT
