Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO. The Assistant Head of School will provide strategic leadership and operational support to ensure the school’s mission and vision are successfully implemented. Responsibilities include overseeing daily school operations, supporting and assisting the Head of School, faculty and staff, and fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community. Qualifications
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in education administration, including faculty support and policy implementation
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, faculty, and the broader community
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for Classical Christian Educational philosophy
- Preferred: Previous experience in private or faith-based educational settings is an advantage
