Job Summary:
The Principal serves as the spiritual, educational, and administrative leader of their campus, responsible for upholding the school’s mission and fostering a Christ-centered learning environment. This individual will set a clear vision and goals for their campus’s spiritual life, character development, academic programs, and overall growth. They will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community, ensuring that all educational goals align with biblical principles.
- Reports to: Head of School
- Supervises: Students, faculty, staff, and volunteers as assigned by the Head of School
- Evaluations: Semi-Annually
- Length of Employment: 12-month contract; This is an exempt employee paid on a salaried basis on an annual contract.
- Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Job Requirements
Education:
- Required: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or greater from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Required: Hold a current Administrator certificate from a Christian school association and/or State Teaching Certificate in Educational Leadership, or be willing to immediately obtain certification.
Experience:
- Have a minimum of two years of successful classroom teaching.
- Have a minimum of two years of administration experience, preferably in a Christian school.
- Have a minimum of two years of supervisory-level experience.
Skills:
- Demonstrate a moderate level of proficiency in public speaking
- Demonstrate an intermediate level of computer literacy, having proficiency in word processing, creating and using spreadsheets, emailing, and accessing the Internet. Preferably able to troubleshoot minor program issues.
- Possess evidence of other adequate preparation, background, or experience as determined by the Head of School and Board of Trustees
