We are now seeking a Concierge to join our team!
What you'll do:
- Manage a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families, and caregivers.
- Actively participate with the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services.
- Have an active role in community functions by assisting in the planning, set up and delivery of service to residents.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated ability to develop a network of providers and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated experience working with seniors is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and internet skills.
- Must demonstrate a warm, engaging and patient manner.
