Position Summary:
The Customer Maintenance / Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, performing data entry, and supporting sales efforts through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage customer accounts and relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry and update customer information
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and support sales efforts
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
- Support internal teams with customer-related information
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role required
