Senior Treasury Analyst

Fairview Search Group, LLC is conducting an EXCLUSIVE SEARCH for a Senior Treasury Analyst for a Multi-Billion, Fortune 500 company located in South Charlotte.

Total Compensation- $145K Plus!!!!!

The Senior Treasury Analyst to take a lead role in supporting the company’s treasury operations. This position is responsible for daily cash positioning, managing investments, enterprise payment activities, banking operations and treasury initiatives while ensuring strong internal controls, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute daily cash positioning, enterprise wire requests, month-end closing, and liquidity forecasting on a rotational basis.
• Partner with banks and investment managers to optimize company's investment portfolio while ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
• Prepare treasury and investment reporting for senior leadership. Support divisions’ treasury and banking needs.
• Champion the use of treasury technology, automation, and AI tools to modernize workflows, reduce manual processes, and support finance data strategy.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other business partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

The successful candidate will possess

• 4 year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related filed
• Min 5 years of Treasury experience
• Advanced Excel
• Fundamental attributes include strong communication skills, financial acumen, thorough approach to problem solving, and decision-making ability
• Strong presentation, analytical, and written experience
• Ability to manage various workstreams and interact with senior leadership
