Fairview Search Group, LLC is conducting an EXCLUSIVE SEARCH for a Senior Tax Analyst for a Multi-Billion company located in South Charlotte.
Total Compensation- $110K plus
Summary:
- Analyze financial statement information to identify book vs. tax adjustments.
- Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers.
- Assist with the consolidation aspects of the Company’s federal income tax return.
- Assist with the preparation and review of S Corporation and partnership tax returns.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
- Assist with income tax audits.
- Assist with the preparation of the company’s tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48).
- Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
- Research tax issues and draft memorandum.

The successful candidate will possess:
- 4 year degree in Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting
- 2-4 years National Public Accounting experience(Tax)
- CPA or CPA candidate
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
