Fairview Rehabilitation & Healthcare is looking for two nurses to join our team.

Full-Time Day Shift Nurse

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• RN or LPN

• 12-hour shifts

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Competitive Nurse Pay

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour

Plus:

• $0.10/hour for each year of verified nursing experience, up to 20 years

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full-time nurses, paid over one year

• Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase

What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN at Fairview, you'll work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety

What We're Looking For

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• Dependable and compassionate

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Team-oriented attitude

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Commitment to excellent resident care
