Custodian

Fairview Range is hiring a Custodian for Housekeeping department in Hibbing, MN.

As a custodian, you will perform a variety of support service functions as well as project-type work and cleaning in order to keep the physical facility orderly, aesthetically attractive, clean and sanitary.

Schedule: This position will work 80 hours per two weeks on the Evening shift. Weekends: None

As a Custodian, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining hard surface floors.
• Project cleaning and maintaining hard surface and carpeted floors.
• Providing an outstanding level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment consistent with department procedures and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months verifiable experience in working with refinishing of hard surface flooring and carpet cleaning methods preferred.
