JOB DESCRIPTION
Day shift will be Monday through Friday.
Operate the computer that controls the batching scale, mixer, receiving leg and hammer mill.
Fill bins with needed products, monitor batching and mixing, weigh out hand-adds, confirm empty bins and operate the hammer mill.
Record key data for incoming ingredients and for each batch.
Work with other employees to ensure formulas are followed and ingredients are not wasted or contaminated.
Keep warehouse and equipment clean and organized.
Operate a forklift and other warehouse machinery.
Fill out appropriate paperwork.
Great communication skills.
Work with outside carriers that unload/load our product, with the ability to operate a forklift.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Work efficiently in a standing or sitting position for 3-4 hours at a time, climbing ladders, and work in heat/cold and dusty environments.
Pay rate will depend upon experience in the field and the shift for which you are hired.
