What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Yard Apprentice position at Fairview Marina?
Fairview Marina is looking for a boat yard apprentice to join our crew. We are a full service marina with a reputation of excellence. Our goal is to hire and make a long term opportunity for a motivated and detail oriented individual who adopts our core values and grows within our organization.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bottom prepping and painting
Boat washing
Boat polishing and waxing
Boat handling
Power washing
Working with the haul out crew blocking boats.
Employees will get the opportunity to work in the various marine trades. Experience with fiberglass and carpentry skills is a plus.
Fairview Marina is a smoke free facility. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable source of transportation.
