Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans, document progress, and educate residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications & Skills: Compassionate, skilled in speech and cognitive therapy, able to work collaboratively, and committed to providing quality care. Knowledge of disorders and treatment techniques relevant to diverse patient needs.
Key Duties: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support residents’ communication and swallowing health. Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on improving residents’ quality of life through ongoing education and teamwork.
